Rick Ross really can’t catch a break out here! After recently proposing to girlfriend, Lira Galore, Ross was slapped with yet another lawsuit!
According to TMZ, a woman by the anonymous name, “Jane Doe” is suing Rozay and his friend Thaddeus “Black” James for sexual assault.
The woman claims that during Grammy weekend she met up with the rapper and his crew at the W hotel in LA because they all planned to go to a weed convention called the Cannabis Cup.
She says after she got in the van she was not only accompanied by Rick Ross and Black but with also a DJ, three security guards and the driver.
She was giving alcohol to drink and shortly after felt dizzy and passed out. When she woke up about 2 hours later, she alleges that she was in the back of the van with Black but then passes out for a second time when she got back to Black’s hotel.
When she woke up in the morning, she had realized that her clothes were missing and that she had been raped and believes Black is behind all of it.
Even though Rick Ross had nothing to do with it she is also suing him for being guilty by association. She says that Ross should have been supervising him since it was Rick Ross’ van.
Well Rick Ross spoke with TMZ and had this to say
“It has been brought to my attention that serious allegations have been made against an independent contractor, who’s services I use often. And while I am not directly involved or implicated, as a man and a father, I take this very seriously. I don’t believe any woman’s safety should be compromised and she should never be forced to do anything outside of her will, regardless of the circumstances. While I personally have no knowledge of the specifics surrounding these allegations, it is my hope that this is rectified quickly and with sensitivity.”
