<p>In January 2022, when fans learned <strong>Rihanna</strong> and <strong>A$AP Rocky </strong>were expecting their <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rihanna-and-aap-rocky-are-expecting-their-first-child-together-photos/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">first mini-me</a>, talks of the baby&#8217;s future closet crowded the internet. Over a year later, Rihanna finally gave a verbal peek into her son&#8217;s wardrobe in a new cover interview with <em>British Vogue&#8217;s </em>Giles Hattersley.</p>
<p>Like her <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rihanna-bares-baby-bump-alongside-asap-rocky-at-milan-fashion-week/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">style during pregnancy</a>, Rihanna said she&#8217;s not into traditional baby clothes. Instead, she prefers to tap on colors, patterns, and outfits that lean toward his parents&#8217; style. Even if this means paying for custom-made clothes, which they reportedly <em>&#8220;often&#8221;</em> do.</p>

<p><em>British Vogue</em>&#8216;s March cover is their son&#8217;s first magazine shoot&#8211;and one of the rare times the public has seen footage of their little one since <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rihanna-aap-rocky-reportedly-welcome-a-baby-boy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">she gave birth</a> in May 2022.</p>
<p>In the cover shot, photographed by <strong>Inez &; Vinoodh</strong>, the baby wore a Chrome Hearts diaper cover. Rihanna told BV she loved his <em>&#8220;little gothic look,&#8221;</em> which also featured his shrunken curls, bare belly, arms and legs, and a wide grin with heat-melting capabilities.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;"><strong>Rihanna Seemingly Confirms Fenty Kids Brand After Filing Trademark App In January</strong></h3>
<p>Rih&#8217;s favorite outfit worn by her son is a custom-made miniature version of a look sported by A$AP Rocky. It&#8217;s a tartan kilt worn with jeans that Riri purposely ripped a hole into.</p>

<p>So what&#8217;s her plan for these &#8216;boring&#8217; kids clothes? During her BV interview, Rihanna seemingly confirmed a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rihanna-reportedly-files-trademark-fenty-kids-clothing-line/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Fenty Kids </strong>brand</a> is forthcoming. When writer Hattersley told Rih that it sounds like the world needs Fenty babywear, she reportedly agreed.</p>

<p>We first learned of Rih&#8217;s potential plans to expand the Fenty brand last month. Attorney Josh Gerben shared a screenshot of a U.S. trademark filing by <strong>Roraj Trade LLC</strong>, a company owned by Rihanna with multiple U.S. trademarks, on January 20. The filing lists clothing, beachwear, footwear, sleepwear, cloth diapers, and infant sleepers.</p>
<p>It also suggests that Rih may consider a maternity or postpartum line featuring body shapers, underwear, and bras. As of Wednesday, the <a href="https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=97761804&;caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&;caseType=SERIAL_NO&;searchType=statusSearch" target="_blank" rel="noopener">trademark application</a> is still <em>&#8220;awaiting assignment to an examining attorney.&#8221; </em>An amendment was also made to the <a href="https://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn97761804&;docId=PRA20230210212003#docIndex=0&;page=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">application address</a> on February 9.</p>

<p>Her company allegedly <a href="https://www.trademarkia.com/uk/fenty-kids-UK00003870412.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">filed a similar application</a> to trademark Fenty Kids in the United Kingdom on January 23, 2023.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><strong>Rihanna And A$AP Rocky Are Keeping Their Son&#8217;s Name Private&#8230;For Now</strong></h3>
<p>While we may have gotten that peek into his closet, we&#8217;ve yet to learn the baby&#8217;s name. The parents still keep that aspect of his life private, and it&#8217;s unclear how long they&#8217;ll hold this secret. Judging by how long it took us to <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/mini-me-twitter-divided-on-which-parent-rihanna-and-aap-rockys-son-favors-more/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">see his face</a>&#8211;about six months since his birth&#8211;it could be a while.</p>
<p>In the <em>Vogue </em>write-up, writer Hattersley said Rihanna, Rocky, their families, and teams consistently referred to the Fenty empire heir as &#8220;baby&#8221;&#8211;careful not to let his birthname slip.</p>
<p>The one thing we know for sure is that if all goes well in Rihanna&#8217;s current pregnancy, her firstborn will be interacting with a sibling by this time next year. The singer revealed <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rihanna-reveals-baby-2-super-bowl/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">baby bump number two</a> during her Super Bowl halftime performance on February 12. A rep confirmed her second pregnancy shortly after the performance wrapped.</p>
