<p>Apparently, alongside Benoit Demouy, she recently founded a beauty and stylist agency called Fr8me. ;<br />
Fr8me is based in Los Angeles- and is set to assist artists in booking commercials, editorial shoots, ad campaigns and red-carpet gigs. ;</p>
<p>Rihanna tells THR that, &#8220;Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity&#8230;I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do.&#8221;<br />
And she&#8217;s already got talent on board! Apparently, her longtime makeup artist, Mylah Morales, Jason Bolden (Taraji P. Henson&#8217;s wardrobe stylist), and hairstylists Patricia Morales (Evan Rachel Wood, Fergie) and Marcia Hamilton (Jada Pinkett Smith and the Smith family). ;<br />
Rihanna feels as though Fr8me is lucky to have some of, who she names as the best artists out there! ;</p>
<p> ;&#8220;But I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!&#8221; She adds. ;<br />
If you know Rihanna, you know she does everything with a bang! She also has started a photo agency called &#8216;A Dog Ate My Homework.&#8217; As of now, it&#8217;s representing shooters Erik Asla and Deborah Anderson. ;</p>
<p>&#8220;Our goal is to have a stellar reputation,&#8221; Demouy said. &#8220;The industry&#8217;s changed so much — rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we&#8217;re concerned with social media, too — we&#8217;ll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else.&#8221; ;<br />
