<h3 style="text-align: center;">Madame Tussauds New Rihanna Wax Figure Pays Homage To One Of Her Met Gala Looks</h3>
<p>The wax figure was unveiled Tuesday at the New York location and is located in the Glow Gala room. The creation pays homage to Rihanna&#8217;s 2018 Met Gala outfit. And features the singer wearing an &#8220;embellished strapless mini dress worn with a matching mitre (headdress), a long matching coat with a caped collar and a pleated skirt with a very subtle waterfall hem, cinched in at the waist by a wide pearled belt.&#8221;</p>
<p>The wax figure&#8217;s entire outfit also features LED lights. And also includes the singer&#8217;s diamond-encrusted nails, gorgeous rings, diamond anklets, and signature tattoos.</p>

<p>Rihanna&#8217;s real outfit featured a Maison Margiela design created by John Galliano. And the theme of that year&#8217;s Met Gala was &#8220;Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination<em>.&#8221;</em></p>

<p>In an exclusive press release, the company revealed that another Rihanna wax figure will be unveiled at their Orlando location later this year. As for this one, the company felt it was the &#8220;perfect&#8221; time to pay homage to the singer.</p>
<p>The general manager at Madame Tussauds New York, Joerg Hanel, shared a statement.</p>

<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/watch-rihanna-addresses-fans-awaiting-her-return-to-the-stage-with-dazzling-super-bowl-lvii-halftime-teaser/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Rihanna is set to make her return to the stage with her halftime performance at Super Bowl LVII on February 12. It will be the first time the singer has taken the stage for a performance since 2016.</p>
