RiRi Talks Taylor Swift And Why R8 Isn’t Done Yet With NME Mag

Now we all have seen Rihanna on social media over the past several weeks living her life like its golden without a care in the world.

From being the face of Christian Dior, to releasing her new shoe with Puma, to allegedly dating Travi$ Scott. RiRi has been a busy body! But in the midst of getting her royalties established, she took the time out to have a sit down with the editor of NME magazine to chit chat about what’s going on in the world of RiRi.

If you arent a part of #RihNavy you probably wont understand the perfectionist that she is. She confesses that the album isnt done and that she is quite unclear what sound she wants the album to have. I have so many songs I love and theyre so different that its hard to actually put them all on the same album.

She also says that Kanye is to blame for the unfinished product. Rih clarifies, Now we [Kanye West and I] just have to wait to get back in the studio together. His schedule and mine are totally opposite right now… If you didnt already know, Kanye is the executive producer for R8. Rihanna hints that the duo should beback in the studio later on this month.

When asked about how she felt about being on stage with Taylor Swift, Ms. Fenty, kept it short and sweet. She told the editor, I just dont think it makes sense. I dont think our brands are the same: I dont think they match, I dont think our audiences are the same. In my mind shes a role model, Im not.
