<p>Roommates, things haven&#8217;t always been dreamy between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, and it looks like they won&#8217;t be anytime soon. Rob petitioned the court <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rob-kardashian-is-reportedly-seeking-primary-custody-of-dream-he-alleges-blac-chyna-is-a-danger-to-her/">back in January</a> to have primary custody of their 3-year-old daughter Dream, and that request has reportedly been denied.</p>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.etonline.com/rob-kardashians-request-to-get-primary-custody-of-daughter-dream-from-ex-blac-chyna-denied-142291">Entertainment Tonight</a>, Chyna has filed new court documents, which state that Rob&#8217;s request was denied by a family court judge. Apparently, rob&#8217;s request would change their previous custody order for Dream, and would only allow Chyna to see her from 10 am to 6 pm on the weekends with a &#8216;monitor&#8217; present.</p>
<p>The documents that Rob originally filed seeking primary custody also included a request for Chyna to take a drug and alcohol test no less than 30 minutes before each visit with Dream. The documents also asked that a supervising nanny have the power to end the visit immediately if they were to witness any violence around Dream.</p>
<p>Rob also claims he and his family started noticing changed in behavior by Dream, which could allegedly be because of heavy drinking and drug use.</p>
<p>Chyna&#8217;s attorney released a statement to ET addressing the new document.</p>
<p>&#8220;All along, Chyna has only wanted to peacefully co-parent precious Dream with her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian. Chyna is an excellent mother who loves her son King Cairo and her daughter Dream Renee more than anything in this world,&#8221; Lynne Ciani stated. &#8220;The current custody arrangement for Dream agreed to by Rob long ago is working perfectly find. Dream gets to spend very special bonding time with her brother King and also time with her dad, who unquestionably loves his daughter very much.&#8221;</p>
<p>Ciani continued, making it clear that Chyna has no intentions of letting up on Rob or the Kardashian sisters, and she will not be intimidated by her attempts to take away her custody of Dream.</p>
