<p>This week the woman who welcomed two kids with <strong>Ne-Yo</strong> during his marriage and amid <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/ne-yo-smith-crystal-renay-divorce-custody-alimony/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">his divorce</a> from <strong>Crystal Renay </strong>opened up online about their collective business.</p>
<p><strong>Sade Bagnerise</strong> took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday (June 28). She revealed an alleged private apology to Crystal, detailed her <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/sade-bagnerise-child-support-ne-yo-paternity-2-kids/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">family court case</a> with Ne-Yo, and requested kindness and prayers on the singer&#8217;s behalf.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Ne-Yo&#8217;s Former Mistress Reveals She Privately Apologized To Crystal Renay</h3>
<p>Sade&#8217;s paragraph-packed posts came alongside a post-birth collage video. The clip included shots of Ne-Yo holding one of their sons and posing alongside Sade. In the clip, she wrote, <em>&#8220;This is the side I wish he&#8217;d show y&#8217;all more of&#8230;Be kind.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>Elsewhere on her IG Story, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/itsbigsade/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sade wrote</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve privately apologized profusely to Crystal for my role and she is such a strong, beautiful, FORGIVING woman&#8230;.but I spoke to a woman who was so confused and broken. BETRAYED &; misunderstood. She is hurting and healing and as hard as he tries to play tough guy he know he&#8217;s hurting deep down inside too. He needs help (love, support). It takes a village.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>The former pair hasn&#8217;t responded to Sade&#8217;s online revelations. However, Ne-Yo recently lashed out at reports about their court case, <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/ne-yo-singer-ex-girlfriend-sade-demands-primary-custody-2-kids-lawsuit-dna-test-crystal-divorce/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">initially published by</a> <em>Radar Online</em>.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Why is this a story? We had kids. We&#8217;re not together. Imma support my kids. Like any other baby daddy with any kind of care for the well-being of his kids. Y&#8217;all thirsty,&#8221; he wrote before name-dropping The Shade Room.</p></blockquote>
<p>In May, the singer filed a motion to <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/ne-yo-files-paternity-kids-sade-marriage-crystal-renay/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">establish paternity</a> of their sons and to have &#8220;joint legal and physical custody.&#8221; At the time, Sade Bagnerise responded by publishing a DNA test result that showed <strong>Shaffer C. Smith</strong>, the singer&#8217;s real name, is the biological father.</p>
<p>This week&#8217;s report by Radar says Sade agreed to &#8220;joint legal custody&#8221; after initially requesting &#8220;primary custody&#8221; of their sons, <strong>Brixton</strong> and <strong>Braiden</strong>. She also asked for &#8220;immediate monthly child support,&#8221; weekend visitation &#8220;every other weekend,&#8221; and alternate holidays. There was also a request for reimbursement for &#8220;medical, educational, extracurricular, insurance, or other expenses&#8221; for the boys.</p>
<p>Sade&#8217;s Instagram Story spill came after Ne-Yo&#8217;s comment section outburst.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Sade Clarifies Legal Requests &; Agreement Between Her &; Ne-Yo</h3>
<p>Sade prefaced the details about their family court decisions by suggesting Ne-Yo&#8217;s feelings are hurt by reports on the case. She added that she doubts the singer&#8217;s &#8220;I don&#8217;t care&#8221; demeanor. As her posts continued, Bagnerise clarified Ne-Yo&#8217;s involvement with their sons.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;In fairness to him, IN THAT REGARD, he has ALWAYS bee physically, emotionally and FINANCIALLY responsible for both Braiden and Brixton from the moment he&#8217;s known about the first pregnancy,&#8221; she said. &#8220;He&#8217;s never denied or questioned either child, and we also have DNA tests for both.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>Bagnerise added:</p>

<p>In addition to two kids with Sade, Ne-Yo is also father to three children with Crystal and two with his ex-fiancée <strong>Monyetta Shaw</strong>. As for his children with Renay, the singer is forking over $12,000 in monthly child support, per a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/ne-yo-smith-crystal-renay-divorce-custody-alimony/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">February divorce</a> settlement.</p>
<p>Sade clarified on Wednesday that their court case isn&#8217;t &#8220;some nasty battle&#8221; due to money. She says Ne-Yo wanted legal rights to his sons so they could have his last name.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Our financial and parenting plan is also being put in place ONLY FOR THE RECORD! Not bc we both don&#8217;t got sense. Healthy co-parenting is everything to us, and the common goal is to support and shower our kids with LOVE,&#8221; she wrote.</p></blockquote>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Mother Of Ne-Yo&#8217;s Youngest Children Holds &#8216;Internet Intervention&#8217; For Him, Suggest &#8216;A Midlife Crisis&#8217; Is Happening</h3>
<p>Amid clarifying their court case, Sade claimed she spilled online to &#8220;hold the first ever INTERNET INTERVENTION!!!&#8221;</p>
<p>She asked people to &#8220;be kind&#8221; and &#8220;find compassion&#8221; for the singer while alleging he&#8217;s going through &#8220;a midlife crisis.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;&#8230;I genuinely wholeheartedly believe that he is going through a midlife crisis, and he won&#8217;t listen to the FEW OF US who keep trying to help him with accountability nad his addition (s),&#8221; she said.</p></blockquote>
<p>She added that while everyone, including her, Crystal, Ne-Yo&#8217;s family, and associates, keeps pointing fingers at each other, the singer needs a cleansing.</p>
<p>Bagnerise blamed &#8220;the company [Ne-Yo] keeps&#8221; for his &#8220;demise and divorce&#8221;&#8211;though she also took some accountability for her part. She added that his surrounding associates are encouraging &#8220;erratic and embarrassing behavior&#8221; and a &#8220;risky promiscuous lifestyle.&#8221;</p>
