<p><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/ne-yo-fathered-2nd-child-influencer-sade-amid-crystal-renay-divorce/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sade Bagnerise</a> has responded after <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/ne-yo-reacts-critics-single-unbothered-sade/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ne-Yo</a> filed a motion to establish paternity for their two children. As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/ne-yo-files-paternity-kids-sade-marriage-crystal-renay/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, the singer filed the motion in May.</p>
<p>Additionally, he also requested “joint legal and physical custody” of the two boys.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Sade Bagnerise Responded To Ne-Yo&#8217;s Motion Filing With Her Own</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/ne-yo-singer-ex-girlfriend-sade-demands-primary-custody-2-kids-lawsuit-dna-test-crystal-divorce/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RadarOnline</a>, Bagnerise and her lawyer responded to Ne-Yo&#8217;s filing last week. The woman reportedly requested &#8220;primary custody&#8221; of their two sons, Brixton and Braiden, and &#8220;immediate monthly child support.&#8221;</p>
<p>Despite Bagnerise&#8217;s initial request, she has reportedly agreed to share &#8220;joint legal custody&#8221; of her and Ne-Yo&#8217;s children.</p>
<p>Furthermore, she also advocated for the singer to spend &#8220;every other weekend visitation&#8221; with the children and alternate their &#8220;holiday parenting time.&#8221;</p>
<p>As for the woman&#8217;s child support request, she&#8217;s reportedly asked the court to award her temporary and permanent child support. Additionally, she is asking the singer to reimburse &#8220;a fair portion of any medical, educational, extracurricular, insurance, or other expenses&#8221; of the children that she needs to satisfy.</p>
<p>Lastly, Bagnerise&#8217;s legal team did make a note regarding Ne-Yo&#8217;s paternity of the two children.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">More Details Regarding Ne-Yo&#8217;s Initial Filing &; Paternity Request</h3>
<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/ne-yo-files-paternity-kids-sade-marriage-crystal-renay" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Ne-Yo initially filed for “joint legal and physical custody” of Brixton and Braiden in May.</p>
<p>At the time, Ne-Yo disclosed that he and Sade welcomed their first son, Braiden, in 2021. Then, they recently welcomed their second son, Brixton, in February.</p>

<p>Additionally, the singer also asked the court to &#8220;establish parentage” of the two boys. He further disclosed that his doing so would allow the children access to their inheritance from him in the future.</p>

<p>Shortly after the singer&#8217;s filing, Bagnerise took to social media to show the results of a DNA test for the youngest child, Brixton. According to her screenshot, the results show that Ne-Yo, whose government name is Shaffer C. Smith, is the child&#8217;s father.</p>

<p>Outside of Brixton and Braiden, Ne-Yo also fathers three children with Renay and two children with his ex-fiancée Monyetta Shaw.</p>
