#Roomies, things appear to be as messy as a cafeteria food fight between Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels.
According to documents obtained by @tmz_tv, Safaree has enlisted the support of the courts to ensure he’ll be able to partake in the birth of his second child.
Safaree reportedly feels this is the only way he’ll be able to be present. “Safaree makes it clear he wants to witness his child’s birth, but firmly believes the only way he can assure that happens is for the court to step in and force Erica to allow it,” TMZ reports.
Most recently, it was reported that the two were also fighting over custody of their children. TMZ also reported that Safaree wants to have joint custody of their children despite Erica’s request for primary custody.
He’s requesting consistent, uninterrupted parenting and visitation and believes that’s in the best interest of the kids.
As we recently reported, Erica reportedly seeks to retain “exclusive use” of the couple’s home. Safaree doesn’t have a problem with that. He actually wants Erica to remain in their home. However, he wants to maintain exclusive possession of their vehicles and maintain all personal property they obtained individually throughout the marriage.
Safaree is also trying to protect his coins! The report states he wants the court to deny Erica any rights to receive alimony and allow the courts to determine child support.
