<p>This is so sad. <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/shirlene-pearson-known-as-ms-juicy-baby-reportedly-hospitalized-and-stabilized/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Shacare Terry</strong></a> is described as a loving mother to her two-year-old and the proud owner of the Minnie Blessings in Paradise daycare on the east side of Indianapolis by her twin sister. Her twin will, unfortunately, never hear from her again. The 31-year-old traveled this month from Indiana to the Dominican Republic with a close friend for cosmetic surgery and ended up dead.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Shacare Terry Appeared Sick After BBL &; Tummy Tuck On FaceTime</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.wrtv.com/news/local-news/indianapolis-mother-dies-after-getting-cosmetic-surgery-in-the-dominican-republic" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WRTV,</a> Terry traveled to the Dominican Republic in April with her childhood friend, Carlesha Williams. Her sister Sharae Terry says she knew something wasn’t right after FaceTime with her sister a few days after her surgery, and she didn’t look like the sister she knew.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Friend Saw Shacare Terry&#8217;s Health Decline</h3>
<p>Carlesha Williams and Shacare, childhood friends, underwent surgeries for a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and tummy tuck earlier this month in Dominican Republic. Dr. Jose Desena at Instituto Medico San Lucas performed both surgeries during their trip. Williams was still in a lot of pain on the second day but noticed Shacare struggled more than she did.</p>
<blockquote><p>“I was moving around a lot more and Share wasn’t really moving around; she wasn’t doing anything,” Williams said. “She would lay in bed. I would try to get her to go downstairs and eat with me, and she just wasn’t responding well.”</p></blockquote>
<p>The following day, the doctor sedated Terry after observing her struggling with complications from the surgery. They told her friend she was resting when she asked why she looked sedated.</p>
<blockquote><p>“When we go in there and see her, I almost fell out. She was on all these machines&#8230;unresponsive; she wasn’t talking, eyes closed.”</p></blockquote>
<p>At that time, the doctor allegedly told Williams that Shacare was &#8220;fine&#8221; and that her body just needed rest after the BBL and tummy tuck. Next, Williams said she was told Shacare had trouble breathing independently and had to be put on dialysis. By then, Williams had already contacted Terry&#8217;s family about what was going on.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Shacare Died As Family Begged For Answers Back Home</h3>
<p>Shacare&#8217;s mother called the clinic to get janky answers about her daughter&#8217;s condition, she said. On April 21, Terry was confirmed deceased in a statement to WRTV.</p>
<blockquote><p>“We can confirm the death of a U.S. citizen in the Dominican Republic. We are providing all appropriate assistance to the family. Out of respect to the family during this difficult time, we have no further comment.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Shacare&#8217;s death has devastated her family. Next, her sister plans to get more answers about her unfortunate death.</p>
<blockquote><p>“We are going to keep fighting,” Sharae said. “Will not stop at all, Shacare was a very important person.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Before she passed away, Shacare was proud of her recent weight loss. One month ago she was showing off her figure on Facebook. The mom had shed 56 pounds she revealed.<br />
