<p>Longtime <em>Real Housewives of Atlanta </em>viewers have seen the dynamic between <strong>Bob and Shereé Whitfield</strong> evolve over time. Shereé started the show aiming for a seven-figure divorce settlement while still raising her two younger children, and — by season 9 — she was in tears as Bob <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPJdkJka60c" target="_blank" rel="noopener">casually commented</a> about being <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tF9gCwBeBps" target="_blank" rel="noopener">physically abusive</a> with her.</p>
<p>On the latest installment of <em>RHOA</em>, viewers got to see the newest development in the divorced grandparents&#8217; dynamic: Bob informing Shereé about his secret daughter after 26 years.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Bob Whitfield Casually Brought His Secret Daughter To Shereé&#8217;s Event: &#8220;I Thought It Was Apropos&#8221;</h3>
<p>The reveal came on the episode of <em>RHOA </em>that aired on Sunday (Aug. 20), which largely centered around Shereé hosting a &#8220;sip and see&#8221; in honor of her first grandchild, <strong>Mecca</strong>.</p>
<p>Bob Whitfield was invited to the event, and he brought a guest named <strong>Candice</strong>, whom no one on the cast appeared to know.</p>
<p>Eventually, <strong>Kandi Burruss Tucker</strong> — who says she&#8217;s known Bob since she was 19 — hit the nail on the head by guessing, <strong><em>&#8220;Does he have another daughter we don&#8217;t know about?&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>After Shereé prompted Bob to introduce her to Candice, he shared the truth, and the peach-holders proceeded to GRILL him!</p>

<p>After the women inquired about why Shereé was left in the dark, Bob said they were &#8220;on a need-to-know basis&#8221; at the time.</p>
<p>As for his decision to share the news at the event, he declared,<strong><em> &#8220;I thought it was apropos.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>At the end of the episode, Shereé brushed the matter off by simply declaring, <strong><em>&#8220;He&#8217;s been a piece of s**t, he&#8217;s still a piece of s**t. How &#8217;bout that?&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>We should also note that Shereé Whitfield provided a mini-timeline, noting that she finally knows Bob&#8217;s true number of children after 26 years.</p>

<p><strong>Kenya Moore</strong> humorously acknowledged the <em><strong>&#8220;blatant disrespect&#8221;</strong></em> of how Bob handled the reveal.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Talk about the blatant disrespect, chile! Talk about the audacity — talk about the nerve of some people! Like, really, dude? That was your wife!&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Kandi speculated that Shereé&#8217;s subdued reaction may have been her way of &#8220;saving face&#8221; so that she wouldn&#8217;t &#8220;seem bothered.&#8221;</p>
<p>The <strong>Xscape</strong> artist added that, while she&#8217;s &#8220;glad&#8221; that Bob&#8217;s involved in his daughter&#8217;s life, he could&#8217;ve handled it better.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;m glad to know that he has a relationship with his child. I just wish he&#8217;d not have thrown that on everybody — or [not] thrown it on Shereé at least, because it seemed like the kids already knew.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>As for Shereé, she suggested that — as she and Bob weren&#8217;t married when the child was conceived — the matter wasn&#8217;t as scandalous as it could have been.</p>
