<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []">Curtis &#8220;50 Cent&#8221; Jackson is not playing any games when it comes to the cast for his new series &#8216;Black Mafia Family.&#8217; On Thursday, <a href="https://deadline.com/2021/03/snoop-dogg-50-cent-black-mafia-family-la-la-anthony-serayah-casting-starz-1234712151/">Deadline reported</a> that three new cast members are joining the show, including hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg and actresses La La Anthony and Serayah. The real life story of Demetrius &#8220;Big Meech&#8221; Flenory and Terry &#8220;Southwest T&#8221; Flenory inspired the drama series. The Flenory&#8217;s are two brothers from southwest Detroit who became one of the most influential crime families in US history.</p>
<p>Snoop Dogg, La La Anthony and Serayah will work alongside Big Meech&#8217;s son Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. Lil Meech portrays his father on BMF.</p>
<p>Snoop Dogg will be playing the role of the Flenory family&#8217;s spiritual counselor ‘Pastor Swift.&#8217; Swift is described as a man of “The Word&#8221; with the flava of an ex-convict. He evolves from an advisor trying to keep the Flenorys&#8217; out of trouble, into Black Mafia Family&#8217;s confidante.</p>
<p>Serayah and La La will star in recurring guest roles. Empire&#8217;s Serayah will play &#8216;Lori Walker,&#8217; Big Meech&#8217;s girlfriend and mother to his daughter &#8216;Neeka.&#8217; Walker is a college athlete who initially fell in love with Meech&#8217;s charm, but later refocuses all her attention on their daughter.</p>
<p>Power&#8217;s La La Anthony will star as &#8216;Markaisha Taylor,&#8217; who is the wife of a drug dealer in Big Meech and Southwest T&#8217;s friend circle. Taylor develops a close friendship with Terry which leads to a lovers affair that becomes dangerous for the Black Mafia Family.</p>
<p><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/dababy-shoots-his-shot-at-50-cent-to-be-a-part-of-his-new-show-the-50th-law/">50 Cent</a> is the executive producer of this G-Unit Film and Television and Lionsgate Television production. Starz approved &#8216;Black Mafia Family&#8217; in April 2020. Randy Huggins, a Detroit native and writer/executive producer, is named as the showrunner. Actress and director Tasha Smith is set to direct multiple episodes on season one of the show.</p>
