<p>Update: Trans Influencer Nikita Dragun has been released from jail amid social media users worrying about her safety after being placed in a male jail unit. According to<a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/internet/nikita-dragun-mens-jail-arrest-miami-instagram-rcna56465"> NBC News</a>, was released from jail in Miami on Wednesday. She is set for an arraignment hearing in Miami on December 7th. A representative for Dragun shared the following statement-</p>

This decision made by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department directly violates their protocol, which mandates that transgender inmates are classified and housed based on safety needs and gender identity. Nikita has been released and is now safe. Thank you for respecting her privacy during this time.”</p></blockquote>

From makeup tutorials to fashion, since 2014 the transgender beauty guru never misses an opportunity to show up and show out. But it looks like instead of Nikita showing up and leaving Miami lit, sis ended up leaving in handcuffs along with a multiple charges. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to <a href="https://amp.tmz.com/2022/11/08/nikita-dragun-arrested-naked-hotel-pool-miami-felony-battery/">TMZ</a>, authorities say when they arrived at the hotel, security told them that Nikita had been causing a disturbance for a long time around the swimming pool. She reportedly was walking around naked and even threw water on the hotel security.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Arrested &; Hit With Charges</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When cops arrived at Nikita&#8217;s hotel room they were greeted with loud music. While security tried to give her another warning, she slammed the door in their faces. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cops say Nikita opened the door again and asked, &#8220;Do you want more?&#8221; They say she then swung an open bottle of water on security again which resulted in her arrest.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The influencer is now facing multiple charges. Following the incident, she was booked on a $5,000 bond for felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery.</span></p>
