<p><strong>Jackilyn Martinez</strong>, the mother of <strong>Soulja Boy</strong>&#8216;s child, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against <strong>Blueface</strong> for defamation.</p>
<p>Earlier this week, Blueface made a string of allegations against Martinez during a heated quarrel with Soulja Boy on <a href="https://twitter.com/SaycheeseDGTL/status/1736618345636516233" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram Live</a>. As the pair went back and forth throwing insults at one another, Blueface went on to allege he had previously hooked up with the model.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Jackilyn Denies Sleeping With Blueface</h3>
<p>In her lawsuit, Martinez stated that the Zeus Network star had consequently spread misinformation about her when he also implied he could be her child&#8217;s father with the &#8216;Crank Dat&#8217; rapper. Soulja Boy and Martinez welcomed their baby boy, <strong>KeAndre,</strong> in October 2022.</p>

<p>Court documents obtained by <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/soulja-boys-girlfriend-sues-rapper-blueface-for-defamation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RadarOnline</a> reveal that Martinez categorically denies having shared a sexual relationship with Blueface or the possibility of him being her child&#8217;s father.</p>
<p>During one part of the Live, Blueface told Soulja Boy, &#8220;I already f****d your baby mama… I already beat you to the punch. I f****d your baby mama the day before your baby shower.&#8221;</p>
<p>Things appeared to escalate when Blueface took to <a href="https://twitter.com/bluefacebleedem/status/1736300971591098558" target="_blank" rel="noopener">X</a>, formerly known as Twitter.</p>

<p>Martinez further noted that Blueface&#8217;s remarks had left a tainted mark on her personal and professional reputation. Blueface&#8217;s words did not align with the truth, she stated, citing the industry she works in, where &#8220;attitude, trust, stability, and being level-headed&#8221; are essential.</p>
<p>And now she wants him to pay up.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Jackilyn Wants To Be Compensated For &#8220;General Damages&#8221;</h3>
<p>&#8220;The defamatory statements tended to directly injure and impugn [Martinez], with respect to [her] offices, professions, trades, vocational capacity, businesses and reputation,&#8221; the lawsuit reads, per <strong>Radar</strong>.</p>
<p>&#8220;The statements made about me are defamatory and false and my lawyers have sent a cease and desist to Blueface,&#8221; Martinez stated.</p>
<p>Reportedly, Martinez is asking the court for general damages she has suffered from Blueface&#8217;s defamatory comments, including medical expenses.</p>
<p>She also wants him to compensate her for &#8220;loss of earnings&#8221; and &#8220;loss of earnings capacity&#8221; and have a judge order him to foot the bill for all attorney&#8217;s fees acquired from the suit.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Blueface Called Soulja Boy Out For Being A No-Show</h3>
<p>During their Instagram Live, Soulja and Blueface agreed to meet to physically hash out their differences.</p>
<p>Blueface <a href="https://twitter.com/Akademiks/status/1736861169707614308" target="_blank" rel="noopener">showed up at the location</a> &#8212; a discreet parking lot &#8212; but couldn&#8217;t find his opponent anywhere.</p>
<p>As for the lawsuit, <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/soulja-boys-girlfriend-sues-rapper-blueface-for-defamation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RadarOnline</a> reports that Blueface has yet to respond.</p>
