#LHHATL stars #StevieJ and #JoselineHernandez are headed to court next week to discuss child support for their daughter #BonnieBella. However, according to legal documents obtained by @BOSSIP, Stevie is going to be representing himself and not necessarily by choice either.
Due to an apparent conflict of interest, Stevie’s attorney Adamma McKinnon filed legal documents last month requesting to be let off the case. A judge finally signed off on it last week which means that Stevie has no representation.
Joseline had used Stevie back in 2016, because she wanted to establish paternity and come to an agreement on child support. Unfortunately they’ve taken more time to accuse each other of drug use and poor parenting.
Hopefully Stevie finds a lawyer, because it’ll be open season for Joseline if he doesn’t!
