Looks like Sundy Carter ain’t over Draya Michele beating her behind on Season 3 of Basketball Wives LA back in July 2013!
According to TMZ, Sundy is claiming Draya and co star, Malaysia Pargo, caused permanent eye damage after they both attacked her.
Only problem is Sundy filed the police report nearly two years after the incident occurred and the statute of limitations expired last year. But in her defense, Sundy only found out the extent of her eye damage 6 months ago. She complains of blurred vision and she needs to wear glasses now.
Word is though Sundy’s case will probably flop because it’s too weak. She will be on “Icons With Ken Collis” to tell her side on April 1st, will you be watching?
