<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Natalie White, suspected of burning down an Atlanta Wendy’s after Rayshard Brooks was fatally shot by police, was arrested Tuesday.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to a tweet from the Fulton County Sheriff department, she has been booked in to the Fulton County Jail.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“The Fulton County Sheriff&#8217;s Office Fugitive Unit just apprehended Wendy&#8217;s arson suspect Natalie White moments ago. White is being booked into the Fulton County Jail right now. This case is being investigated by</span><a href="https://twitter.com/ATLFireRescue"><span style="font-weight: 400;"> @ATLFireRescue</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Arson Unit.” </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A few days ago, authorities issued an arrest warrant for her arrest.</span><a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/20/us/natalie-white-atlanta-arson-wendys-rayshard-brooks/index.html"> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Atlanta Fire Rescue tweeted that</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> White &#8220;has been identified as a suspect in the arson fire that burned down the Wendy&#8217;s Restaurant (125 University Ave) on Saturday, June 13th,&#8221; according to CNN.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As we previously reported, police were called to Wendy’s after Brooks reportedly fell asleep in the drive-thru. During the interaction, Brooks was complying. Once he took a sobriety test, things took a turn for the worst, and he was shot in his back, while running from the police.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Atlanta’s Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard announced that former officer Garrett Rolfe is officially facing 11 counts, including felony murder and aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and violations to his oath of office. Additionally, officer Devin Brosnan is charged with aggravated assault and two violations of oath of office.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The shooting also led to the resignation of Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields, after Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms called for the immediate termination of Rolfe.</span></p>
