<p><strong>Patrick Clark</strong>, the man accused of gunning down Migos rapper <strong>Takeoff</strong> in Houston late last year, has reportedly been indicted.</p>
<p><em><a href="https://www.khou.com/article/news/crime/patrick-clark-migos-takeoff-indictment/285-4eb850e8-a603-4d43-9973-fcf9f8a0b6a7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">KHOU</a> </em>reports the decision came on Thursday morning, per the Harris County District Attorney&#8217;s Office.</p>
<p>While a grand jury has now formally charged Clark with the crime, he has <em>not </em>been found guilty. Additionally, it&#8217;s unclear when the long-awaited murder trial will kick off.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Suspect Posted Bond In January</h3>
<p>Takeoff (legal name Kirsnick Khari Ball) <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/takeoff-update-medical-examiner-lists-cause-of-death-as-gunshot-wounds-to-head-and-torso/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">was killed</a> on November 1 following a private event at Houston&#8217;s 810 Billiards and Bowling establishment.</p>
<p>Specifically, the shooting erupted after an argument began over an alleged dice game. <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/quavo-solo-album-takeoff/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Quavo</strong></a>, Takeoff&#8217;s uncle and fellow Migos groupmate, was notably at the scene of the incident.</p>
<p>As <em>The Shade Room </em>previously reported, Patrick was <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/mugshots-two-arrests-made-in-shooting-death-of-migos-rapper-takeoff/?_gl=1*jv4yo5*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTk0MzkyNjUyOC4xNjg1MDQ4ODkz*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY4NTA0ODg5Mi4xLjAuMTY4NTA0ODg5Mi4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener">arrested</a> for the shooting back in early December.</p>
<p>Another man named <strong>Cameron Joshua</strong> was also arrested, and <em>KHOU </em>reports that he&#8217;s facing weapons charges.</p>

<p>Just over a month later, news broke that Clark had posted his $1 million bond and been released from jail.</p>

<p>While Clark posting bond was the last update ahead of his indictment, it looks like the legal matter is moving forward.</p>

<p>He continued, noting that the entire situation<em><strong> &#8220;feels fake.&#8221;</strong></em> Additionally, Offset declared, <strong><em>&#8220;Some things I don&#8217;t never tell nobody.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
