<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Tamar Braxton is ready to welcome year 45 on March 17. But until then, her social media followers and fans are in for a special treat. The singer kicked off her birthday countdown with a lingerie look and a message about self-love. And according to Tamar, this post is just the first of all the self-love vibes folks will see leading up to her big day!</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Tamar took to Instagram with her message and accompanying video. In the short clip, Tamar struck a few front-facing poses in front a full-length mirror. She wore a three-piece, white lingerie set. The set included a lacy bra with matching panties featuring cutouts in the front. She also wore an unfastened, white garter around her waist.</p>

<h6><strong>Tamar On Romantic Love</strong></h6>
<p>While Tamar&#8217;s current focus is on herself, she&#8217;s also previously mentioned wanting that sweet, romantic love. After Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker announced their engagement to the world, Tamar <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/tamar-braxton-says-shes-waiting-on-the-lord-following-kourtney-kardashians-engagement-to-travis-barker/">joined the conversation</a> surrounding Kourt&#8217;s newfound happiness.</p>
<p>&#8220;Im soooo super happy for Kourtney,” Tamar wrote. “I’m so glad it’s finally happening for her. She’s been through it…BUT Lord, for real…I know you see.. cmon now it’s a lot.”</p>
<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">For those unaware, Tamar was previously married. She exchanged vows with <a href="https://www.essence.com/celebrity/black-celeb-couples/tamar-braxton-addresses-divorce-vincent-herbert/">Vince Herbert in 2008</a> after meeting in 2003, per <em>Essence. </em>The ex-couple welcomed a son named Logan in 2013. But by 2020, Tamar had filed for divorce from Vince &#8212; one month prior to their ninth wedding anniversary. She later spoke on her decision to part ways.</p>
<p>“I decided I didn’t want to be married for the sake of saying so. I wanted to have a relationship,&#8221; she said. Someone to share my/our dreams, our successes, our failures, our past, present &; future with…&; not finding out sh*t online…some of us have been living a LIE!&#8221;</p>
