Roommates, Tamar is done playing games with the courts! She is reportedly pushing for a judge to change her marital status back to single NOW!
Although Tamar is still working out the kinks of her divorce with her estranged hubby #VinceHerbert, she has asked the court for a ‘status only divorce’, which would make her single by law, the blast reports.
Tamar and Vince are reportedly still working out monetary support and child custody agreements in their divorce. But Tamar makes it very clear in court documents that she wants no parts of the ‘Herbert’ name any longer.
“Petitioner seeks dissolution of her marriage with Respondent based on irreconcilable differences. Petitioner believes there is nothing the Court can do to salvage or repair the marriage,” the documents read.
This is not the first move Tamar has made to get this divorce out of her hair though. Back in October, she reportedly asked a judge to grant her a default judgement in the case because Vince had been beating around the bush with signing the divorce papers.
Tamar served Vince with the documents on September 6th, 2018 and he was given 30 days to respond in court. Vince reportedly failed to show up to court, or file any court documents and Tamar wasted no time trying to wrap up the marriage without him.
Tamar is now living her best life with her boo David Adefeso!
