As Taraji P. Henson gears up for the end of her hit FOX series Empire, she is venturing into new areasand that now includes natural hair care. @HelloBeautiful reports, Taraji has just launched TpH by TARAJI, natural hair collection featuring a wide range of 18 products that includes a scalp scrub, hair milk, co-wash, gel mask and more. To make the news even better, the line is sold exclusively at Targetmeaning you can pick up some products without breaking the bank.
Speaking about her inspiration behind creating TpH by TARAJI, she said:
I have always been into healthy hairand knew that a healthy scalp would lead tohealthier hair. There were no haircare lines that truly focused on scalp care. Early on in my career I was doing my own hair for the red carpetI needed to have an interest in product formulas since I was always changing my looks. Ive done them all. I learned quickly what formulas were my favorites, and the failures!
Taraji also revealed that shes been creating her own hair care products for several years:
I was creating my own products at home for nearly two decades. I had great results creating my scalp tonic and I knew other women would love to have those great results too, which is the root and the hero of my product line.
