Tekashi 6ix9ine says he isn’t upset about the bathroom beatdown that left him bloodied and bruised. The rapper spoke out about the incident for the first time on Friday (March 31) while sharing additional incident footage.

In the clip, the three men accused are seen kicking, stomping, and punching the rapper in a close-up video. The footage is the first we’ve seen showing Rafael Medina Jr., Octavious Medina, and Anthony Maldonado beating on 6ix9ine. There are no updates on the person who recorded the fight.

However, in other videos circulating online, one of the men with a bowl haircut is seen seemingly picking up something for the ground and exiting the bathroom. The attack happened at an L.A. Fitness in Florida on March 21.

“First time addressing the situation. For 2 years I been walking around with no security. Not saying I promote that BUT now you see I really never hid from anything. If you ever crossed my path or ever came to my house (you girls know who you

6ix9ine Calls The Attack ‘Cowardly’

The rapper, who was given a reduced sentence for cooperating with prosecutors, also called out people praising ‘jumping’ someone in a fight–meaning two or more people against one.

“Anyway what happen here was nothing but cowardly. I’m not mad this happened. In the street there’s no rules so I cant say they were wrong. Obviously it wasn’t fair but again the streets has no rules. Just imagine having nothing to do to with a situation and feel obligated to make it your business. (Very weird) I’m happy to be here still. And I want to say I love my fans. Thank you. P.S : I never knew we respected jumping people. When did that ever become a W,” Tekashi.

As previously reported, the three men are charged with robbery, no firearm, weapon, or battery. His lack of security at the time of the incident had been previously reported. He did not reveal what the men stole. Though he walked away from the beating–the length of the attack is unclear–he was later treated for bruises and minor wounds at a hospital.

Amid his reaction to the assault, Tekashi also released a new music video for a song called Bori. The music video to the track was also uploaded on March 31. He used the same song as the background of the incident video.

“So when I first got to Cuba ð¨ðº I told the driver to randomly stop the car. I didn’t want to stay in a hotel or rented house. I wanted to live there with them, to experience what it was like to wake up everyday and work on there land (where I was told they’re people who only make up to 14$ a month)…. This family here welcomed me in there home and I can’t be more grateful.”
