A Texas woman faces the unthinkable as she is stopped for a traffic violation.
21 year-old Charnesia Corley allegedly ran through a stop sign when she was pulled over by cops last month.
What happened next completely through Corley off guard. The officer claimed that he smelled weed and handcuffed Corley, putting her in his patrol car as he proceeded to search her vehicle.
Well, when he found nothing in searching her car he claimed to still smell the weed stench in his car (implying she had some on her).
The cop then called in a female officer to search Corley’s body for weed!
Corley in no way agreed to the search and stated “I bend over and she proceeds to try to force her hand inside of me. I tell her, ‘Ma’am, No. You cannot do this.”
Corley says the search was “unconstitutional” and is filing a complaint with the Sheriffs office. ” I feel like they sexually assaulted me! I really do. I feel disgusted, downgraded, humiliated.”
She was arrested for resisting arrest and possession of .02 ounces of marijuana. They are not saying where they found it.
