<p><strong>Lil Wayne</strong> and <strong>The Rock</strong> are living similar lives this week. Adored entertainers aside, the rapper and actor are in <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/update-drakes-attorney-claims-new-deposition-in-xxxtentacion-trial-is-just-meant-for-generating-headlines/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">media headlines</a> over their reactions to new wax figures.</p>
<p>Long story short, neither one of them seemed too impressed with what two separate wax museums carved, painted, and presented.</p>
<p>Starting with Wayne, the Hollywood Wax Museum <a href="https://people.com/lil-wayne-gives-hilarious-response-hollywood-wax-museum-figure-8374337" target="_blank" rel="noopener">debuted their rendering</a> of the &#8220;A Milli&#8221; artist in summer 2022, per PEOPLE. But this past weekend, photos of their attempt made their rounds online &#8212; eventually landing on Lil Wayne&#8217;s feed.</p>

<p>The figure stands short with black and blonde locs that are in serious need of a retwist. He&#8217;s cheesing, displaying icey grills to match three chains &#8212; two beaded ones. Below the neck, the waxy Wayne had the rapper&#8217;s iconic tattoos on full display as his arms held a ripped-open white shirt.</p>

<p>On Monday (Oct. 23), the gracious artist took to X (formerly Twitter) to thank the museum while letting &#8217;em know the wax figure is NOT it.</p>

<p>The Hollywood Wax Museum has not reacted to Lil Wayne&#8217;s rejection. But Lil Wayne&#8217;s daughter, Reginae Carter, hopped in <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cywh-fpMpY8/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room&#8217;s comment section</a> with a couple of laughing emojis in reaction to her dad&#8217;s distaste.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Rock Asks For Wax Figure Improvements</h3>
<p>Meanwhile, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/dwayne-johnson-the-rock-mother-car-crash/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Rock</a> had specific instructions for the creators of his non-look-alike.</p>
<p>For context, though the facial and body features of Rock&#8217;s wax figure appear to be on point, the skin color chosen is suffering from melanin dehydration.</p>

<p>The former pro-wrestler told his 391 million Instagram followers on Monday that his team will reach out to the Grévin Museum for tweaks on their new waxy attempt.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;For the record, I&#8217;m going to have my team reach out to our friends at Grévin Museum, in Paris France so we can work at &#8220;updating&#8221; my wax figure here with some important details and improvements &#8212; starting with my skin color,&#8221; Rock wrote in his Insta-feed caption.</p></blockquote>
<p>Rock reacted to viral footage of his figure by reposting <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/CyuCMRXPJk6/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a comedian&#8217;s video</a> about the missed mark. Despite Rock letting Grévin know the art piece needed improvements, he promised to &#8220;stop in and have a drink with&#8221; himself next time he&#8217;s in Paris!</p>

<p>While Lil Wayne and Rock&#8217;s wax figures gagged them, Travis Baker seemed to have no complaints about Madame Tussauds&#8217; waxy rendering of him. In an Instagram upload, he encouraged fans to &#8220;come say hi&#8221; to his &#8220;clone&#8221; at the museum.</p>
