There is something about those housewives’ husbands! Joe Giudice of Real Housewives New Jersey has been sentenced to 41 months in federal prison for wire & bankruptcy fraud. Joe has to pay over $400k in restitution and will be forced to enter an alcohol treatment program while in the slammer. But it ain’t over.. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison shortly afterwards. The wifey will serve her sentence first, starting on January 5th. Joe will begin his sentence once her time has been served. The Judge was surprisingly lenient with the sentencing allowing Joe and Tre-Tre to serve their sentences consecutively so that the children would have at least one parent to care for them. I know what you are thinking, they wouldn’t do it for the hood! Keep in mind, Joe had a very expensive lawyer too!
Teresa was said to have shown a lot of remorse in court and even said that her character on the housewives was scripted. Teresa was guilty for failing to claim assets on her taxes. I’m talking big assets like cars, ATVs, thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, furniture and so on.
Joe is a fool from way back because he didn’t even file his taxes for several years.
People are wondering why Joe received a much lighter sentence than Apollo Nida, who was sentenced to 8 years, and we have to say that it may have to do with the fact that Joe only has one mugshot? Apollo has been around the block and he still wasn’t tired!
The messed up part about all of this, is that her former cast mate Danielle laughed at her misfortune.
If you can recall, Danielle and Teresa were beefing for years on RHONJ. Danielle still accuses Teresa of being very malicious towards her. However, Danielle is known to play the victim!

and she responded with, “Yup!”
Lawd, what about the children Danielle? Once again she’s making things about her. When is the last time you saw Danielle on RHONJ. Exactly! She’s a sad case!
