<p>Okayy!! This mother is on to something and I am all the way here for it! After Shaketha McGregor’s kids kept asking her to go places, get new phones, and get a higher allowance, sis figured out a creative way to make sure they earned those things.</p>
<p>Shaketha decided to teach her kids all about working for what they want and building their job search skills by <a href="https://www.facebook.com/shakethamcgregor/posts/1337583546452200"><strong>creating an in-house job fair</strong></a> for them. The job fair—that was held in her home—had job postings, application forms, and even a credit union!<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>Some of the job postings and open positions included a kitchen manager, a lead housekeeper, and a laundry supervisor. Shaketha even sent her son a rejection letter for the position he applied for because his sister was more qualified!! SCROLL for the brilliance!!</p>
