TSR Updatez: Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson have returned to the U.S. after being quarantined for 2 weeks in Australia following their positive diagnoses for the coronavirus.
The couple was all smiles on Friday when they were spotted taking a drive in Los Angeles, according to E News.
Tom and Rita were in Australia where Tom was filming an upcoming #ElvisPresley biopic. It was there that they reported experiencing symptoms related to the coronavirus.
Tom and Rita have chronicled their recovery back to health and have kept fans updated from the time they had broken the news.
“Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some boy aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for Coronavirus, and were found to be positive,” Tom’s initial post said.
You can tell things were getting better when aunty Rita Wilson gave fans a show, rapping all the lyrics to Naughty By Nature’s “Hip Hop Hooray.”
