Before heading out on their “Level Up Tour”, which starts next month in Philly. Tory Lanez and A$AP Ferg linked up for their new single “Line Up The Flex”. And although the track is dope, people can’t help to wonder if Tory may be throwing some shots at fellow Canadian rapper Drake.
When Drake dropped his “Summer Sixteen” track many people thought he was throwing shots at Tory in one of his verses when he said, “You was never gang, gang, gang, gang, you was never one of us / Had us fooled for a minute there, now we done all grow’d up.”
Now it sounds like Tory might be responding to the 6 God. In his verse on “Line Up The Flex” he says, “Fuck them ni**as that was hating on me, even though a ni**a used to tell ’em all. I was never ever gang, gang, gang, gang, I was One Umbrella Mob.”
Definitely sounds like things might start heating up between the two Toronto artists.
