<p>According to <a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/607986-kylie-jenner-possible-witness-in-megan-thee-stallion-shooting-trial" target="_blank" rel="noopener">HotNewHipHop</a>, Lanez has named billionaire <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/travis-scott-rojean-kar-kylie-jenner/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kylie Jenner</a> and business executive <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kanye-west-demands-an-apology-from-all-the-women-in-the-kardashian-family-including-kris-jenners-boyfriend-corey-gamble/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Corey Gamble</a> &#8220;on his list of potential defense witnesses.&#8221; He has chosen the two because they were allegedly present at Jenner&#8217;s pool party ahead of the shooting.</p>

She also added a statement from Lanez&#8217;s lawyer.</p>

<p>Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez were leaving a pool party at Kylie Jenner&#8217;s when the alleged assault took place. According to HotNewHipHop, Jenner has never spoken publicly about the incident but did proceed to unfollow <a href="https://landonbuford.com/2020/09/25/kylie-jenner-unfollows-both-tory-lanez-and-megan-the-stallion-on-ig/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">both rappers</a> afterward. No word has surfaced on Gamble&#8217;s presence at the party.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Prosecutors Allegedly Have A Witness Of Their Own</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/kylie-jenner-witness-tory-lanez-criminal-case-megan-thee-stallion/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RadarOnline</a>, prosecutors are also prepared to call a witness of their own: Kelsey Harris, the former best friend of Megan Thee Stallion. Harris was also in the car with the rappers when the alleged shooting took place.</p>

<p>In addition, they also believe they are in possession of enough evidence to convict Lanez of carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle, personal use of a firearm, and assault with a semiautomatic firearm.</p>
<p>Lanez was released from house arrest on Monday, as reported by <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/tory-lanez-released-from-house-arrest-for-megan-thee-stallion-trial-preparations/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a>. The decision was made to give the rapper time to prepare for the trial.</p>
<p>If convicted, Lanez faces up to 22 years in prison.</p>
