<p>Tracee Ellis Ross will return as the host of the American Music Awards for the second year in a row.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="https://www.billboard.com/articles/events/amas/8473647/tracee-ellis-ross-american-music-awards-host-2018">Billboard</a></em>, aside from serving as the show&#8217;s host, Ross will also serve as an executive producer for this year&#8217;s award show. She took to social media to announce the news and said, “SO NICE, I’M DOING IT TWICE.”</p>
<p>Ross’ hosting duties last year were even more special because he mother Diana Ross was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Aside from keeping the crowd laughing at last year&#8217;s show, Ross also treated the AMA stage as her own personal runway as she donned multiple outfits that were the talk of the night.</p>
<p>The nominations for this year’s award show will be announced on September 12<sup>th</sup> with the help of Kane Brown, Ella Mai, Normani and Bebe Rexha.</p>
<p>The 2018 American Music Awards will air on October 9<sup>th</sup> on ABC.</p>
