Travis Scott performed at Lollapalooza this past weekend, but it was only a 5-minute performance! The reason why was because he got arrested for allowing his fans to stampede the stage!
The rapper told his Chicago fans to climb over the security barricades! Chile, there’s even a video where you can hear that he’s saying, “Everyone in a green shirt get the fuck back,” referring to the security in the pit separating the crowd and the stage and continues to invite people onto the stage.
Scott eventually declared “We want rage” over the concert-goers and a moments later as fans rushed to the stage, the music was cut off and promoters threatened to pull the plug in his performance, so he urged everyone to get down. “Listen, they’re gonna stop the show if y’all don’t get down,” he said. “I wanna finish performing. We can start over, everybody just get down.” It was too late, however. The concert was shut down. Scott fled the scene!
