Do you guys remember when we told you about an assault case Trey Songz was alleged to have been involved in? If you’re not caught up to speed, Andrea Buera claimed they Trey assaulted her at a Hollywood Hills party during NBA All-Star weekend, after getting upset that she was talking to another man. She claimed he “beat her so badly she vomited from a concussion.” She even went as far as requesting a restraining order.
According to TMZ, Trey Songz is free from felony criminal charges! Apparently, the L.A. District Attorney is skeptical if Buera’s credibility following numerous witness statements via Trey’s Lawyer, Shawn Holley. Those statements reportedly contradict her story.
The case is now in the hands of the L.A. City Attorney, who will determine if Trey will be charged with a domestic violence misdemeanor.
