Roommates, we’ve all seen some very messy divorces happen in Hollywood and they usually don’t come cheap! #KevinGarnett and his ex-wife are no exception.
After 14 years, Kevin’s marriage to Brandi Padilla ended in July 2018. #Brandi filed the suit, expressed that she wanted spousal and child support. In new court documents, Brandi makes it clear exactly what she’s looking for.
According to TMZ, Brandi Garnett is seeking $146,000 per month in spousal support plus another $46,000 monthly in child support for their two daughters–ages 10 and 6.
The numbers add up to a whopping $2.3 million per year, which Brandi says is fair because she has the girls 95 percent of the time. She claims that KG earned around $20 million a year during their marriage, and still rakes in about $10 million even after his retirement.
KG filed his response to Brandi’s original divorce filing, asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children. He is also asking the court to terminate spousal support because the couple signed a prenup one month before their marriage.
