Allen Iverson is getting all the money, OH-Kay! Iverson signed a deal that will allow him to receive $32 million from @Reebok. Just turning 45 yesterday, he’ll receive the millions, when he turns 55, according to Bleacher Report.

This is from a lifetime deal he signed with Reebok, in 2001. The deal states that Reebok will pay the former athlete $800,000 per year throughout his lifetime.

“He’s an iconic personality,” Reebok CEO Matt O’Toole said on the Bloomberg Business of Sports podcast (h/t Katie McInerney of the Philadelphia Inquirer) in 2018. “Let’s get on a plane to Shanghai together. You bring Allen Iverson into a market like that. I’ll stand firmly that he has a big place in basketball and sports history.”

Iverson’s ex-wife will also receive some of those coinzzz! It’s reported that she’ll receive half of those funds, once the trust matures.

From Hampton Virginia, A.I. played 14 seasons in the NBA. After two years of college at Georgetown University, he entered the draft and was selected as the overall first pick.

He  was an 11-time NBA All-Star, won the All-Star game MVP award in 2001 and 2005, and was the NBA’s MVP in 2001.

The former basketball player also played with the Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, and Memphis Grizzlies. In 2008, he was named the fifth best shooting guard of all-time by ESPN.
