#Roommates, as graduation season begins, there is so much to celebrate! This is especially true for #ChanceTheRapper as he is now Chance The Doctor y’all!
#DilliardUniversity asked Chance to deliver this year’s commencement speech to it’s graduating class and also gave him an honorary Doctorate degree!
In his commencement speech, Chance spoke about achieving dreams, saying: “Walk right up to the edge of what your heroes have accomplished and think to yourself, ‘What’s beyond this?” He added: “That is the moment you will become as great as your greatest inspiration. And that’s also when you cannot stop. Looking up to your heroes is amazing but it’s not good enough. The difference between goodness and greatness is going beyond. You have to push forward and surpass their greatness in order to pay homage to their struggle.”
Congrats to Chance and his latest achievement and a special congratulations to all graduates across the nation!
