Colin Kaepernick continues to commit to his Million Dollar pledge to help different organizations, as well as people that help others.
As he reaches the end of his pledge he has teamed up with a number of celebrities for his #10for10 campaign, which is taken over the course of 10 days. Celebrities pick an organization of his or her choice to donate $10,000 to and Kaepernick matches their $10,000 donation.
The latest celebrities to join Kaepernick’s campaign are Serena Williams, Snoop Dogg and T.I.
On day four of Kaepernick’s campaign, Snoop Dogg chose to donate $10,000 to Mother’s Against Police Brutality in Dallas, TX. Snoop later donated an additional $15,000 giving the organization a total of $35,000.
Following Snoop, for the fifth day of the campaign, Serena Williams donated $10,000 to Imagine LA, which helps to end family homelessness and poverty.
T.I. is the latest celebrity to donate to the campaign. On Wednesday, the rapper chose to donate to Trae Tha Truth’s organization Angel By Nature in Houston, TX.
Other celebrities that have participated in the #10for10 campaign include Kevin Durant, Jesse Williams, and Steph Curry. Kaepernick has now had a total of $960,000 donated for his pledge and has $40,000 more to go over the course of four days.
