TSR Updatez: Chile, Nicole Murphy is singing a different tune than that “family friend” explanation she used after getting caught smacking lips with married director Antoine Fuqua.
Sis initially said the kiss, which happened over the weekend while vacationing in Italy, was a “friendly hello.” Now in a statement to @tmz_tv, Nicole has another version of what happened and she’s apologizing to Antoine’s wife, actress Lela Rochon.
“Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired,” Nicole said. “It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in anyway inappropriately with a married man. I too was once married and I would never intentionally undermine another woman, despite what has been written.”
When she was asked why she kissed Antoine, Nicole explained she thought that the status of he and Lela’s relationship was over.
