#JamieFoxx’s name has been cleared in an assault investigation in which a woman claimed he slapped her on the face with his manhood.
The woman said it happened back in 2002 in #LasVegas and now police say the case has been closed, TMZ reports. Apparently the statute of limitations of three years has long past.
Jamie has denied the allegations, calling them an “absurd” lie and even threatened legal action. He also can’t be sued in civil court as the statute of limitations has also run out.
