According to @TMZ_TV, federal law enforcement sources are reportedly looking to cut a deal with the actresses BUT they definitely want the ladies to serve prison time. Thats right #Roommates, prosecutors want Aunt Becky to go from Full House, to the big house!
Apparently, sources close to the situation confirm prosecution will be recommending that both ladies serve some time behind bars for their nationwide college bribery scandal that has reportedly affected millions of kids across the country. Though prosecutors do not have the final word about the ladies sentencing, they do intend on only offering plea deals that include prison time.
As of now, both ladies could both face a maximum sentence of 5 years each, if convicted of conspiracy to commit mail fraud an honest service mail fraud.
Source say it is likely that a plea bargain will begin soon but there is no word on the particulars other than the recommended prison time.
Lori (Aunt Becky) and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have been accused of paying $500K to get their daughters into USC by falsely claiming that they would participate on the Universitys crew team. Felicity Huffman is also being accused of paying $15K to rig her daughters SAT test.
50 people have been charged in connection to this scandal. Theres no word as of now if Lori will be back on Fuller House, but given she could be potentially facing jail time, it looks unlikely. Both ladies have court today, well be sure to keep you guys up to date on this tea #Roommates!
