#Roommates, it’s no secret that #StevieJ has had his fair share of child support issues. In fact, Stevie could have been facing jail time because he reportedly owed over $1.3M in owed child support. However, fortunately for Stevie, he caught a huge break in his case and wont be spending any time in the slammer.
According to @TMZ_TV, the U.S Attorney’s Office confirmed Stevie is in the clear when it comes to his potential jail bid, and will also be released from supervised release as a condition of the new update.
From the beginning Stevie’s claimed this entire child support case is nothing more than an extortion plot and it seems the judge in his case believed him. That’s the good news, though Steevie won’t be facing any jail time he still needs to run that check DOE! Stevie is still required to pay his owed child support to the tune of $1.3M and will have to work out installments with the government’s Financial Litigation Unit.
Well, at least he won’t be away from his kids and that’s what’s most important.
