#Roommates, its been nearly 20 years since #Tupac released Bury Me a G but one songstress is seeking unpaid royalties despite that fact.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, a singer on the 90s hit is claiming she never was compensated for her contribution to the track. Natasha Walker has officially lawyered up & is now coming for Tupacs estate.
In the court documents, Natasha claims that she has never seen a dime from the songs release and that she and Tupac made a deal back in 1993 and the song would be a joint effort to which shed have equal ownership.
The only problem with Natashas claim is in the state of California the statute of limitations for contract claims is 4 years. But heres where things get tricky with the recent release of #AllEyezOnMe, there has been a spike in Tupacs catalog and his estate is making money off of these songs.
Natasha is seeking all royalties, back and current, plus damages and attorney’s fees.
#Roommates, do you think she has a case?
