<p>Two men have been arrested after one person died and another four were injured at a shooting during a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/?s=Fredo+bang&;post_type=post" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Fredo Bang</strong></a> concert in Arkansas early Saturday, police said.</p>
<p class="text | article-text"><strong>Tamarionna Jarrett</strong>, 19, of Augusta was identified as the only fatality in the shooting during the rapper&#8217;s performance around 2:30 a.m, police told <strong><a href="https://www.kait8.com/2023/02/05/newport-shooting-under-investigation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-activity-map="article-content-link-5">KAIT-TV</a></strong>.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Two Men Arrested In Connection To Fatal Concert Shooting, Victim ID&#8217;d As 19-Year-Old Girl</h3>
<p><strong>Richard McGee</strong>, 31, and <strong>Aaron Warren</strong>, 28, were arrested with probable cause but have not been charged. They are currently being held at the Jackson County Jail.</p>
<p>Lieutenant Mark Harmon told the outlet that he expects more arrests in the coming days.</p>
<p>The exact condition of the four wounded victims wasn&#8217;t immediately clear, however authorities confirmed one was flown to a hospital for further treatment.</p>
<p>The deadly concert shooting occurred in Newport, Arkansas, a small city of roughly 8,000 located around 90 miles northeast of Little Rock.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Shooting Occurred Outside Of Concert Venue, Concertgoers Say They Couldn&#8217;t Actually Hear Gunshots</h3>
<p class="text | article-text">The shooting occurred outside the Old Branch Building. One concertgoer, Latasha Robinson, was inside the building but said she didn&#8217;t hear any gunshots, likely due to the loud music,</p>

<p class="text | article-text">“I didn’t hear any gunshots. I actually had some people that I was helping in the VIP area so we were all at the stage so we didn’t hear anything,” she said.</p>

<p>Robinson noted the sad irony in the fact that everyone inside were having the times of their lives, while people were dying and suffering just outside the concert venue.</p>
<blockquote><p>“Just to know something like this happened on the outside while such a good time was happening… there was no fighting there was no drunken chaos there was nothing,” she told KAIT-TV.</p></blockquote>
<p>Once the gunfire started, security funneled everyone to get back inside.</p>

<p class="text | article-text">Meanwhile, Robinson described the scene of the deadly shooting she saw outside after shots were fired.</p>

<p class="text | article-text">“When I got out here police had both sides taped off and they were looking for gun shells and my heart just sank. Just to know something like this happened on the outside,” she said.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Concert Shooting Comes Just Weeks After Fredo Bang Announced He Is A Father To A Baby Boy</h3>
<p>Bang gave daddy duties realness last month after he announced that he is a new father to a baby boy named Payton.</p>
<p>Though heartwarming, the Instagram post did not include any images of Payton’s mom. The photos did include Payton’s older brother Parker, and fans soon uncovered that he has two moms–married YouTube couple <strong>Annie</strong> and <strong>Sevyn Buffins</strong>.</p>
<p>News of their new bundle of joy spread like wildfire, and Fredo–legally named Frederick Givens II–and the Buffins step into <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/exclusive-fredo-bang-son-married-youtube-couple/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em><strong>The Shade Room</strong></em></a> to address some of the rumors and misconceptions going around about their family.</p>
