It looks like Tyrese is making plans for his 10-year-old daughter Shayla to move to Atlanta so that she can live with him.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Tyrese is reportedly requesting primary custody of his daughter. Up to this point he has been sharing custody with his ex Norma Gibson, but he claims that she is limiting his time with their daughter.
Tyrese says that he will provide a “stable and loving” environment for their daughter in his Atlanta home, which is 23,000 square feet.
He also points out that his home is located in an “affluent and safe neighborhood.” Shayla already has her own room in his home, and also has many friends, which she made last year.
Tyrese is also planning for her to attend a top-notch private school, and he’ll also be filming the 9th “Fast & Furious” film in Atlanta.
The documents also state that there were two previous incidents where Shayla was sick, once with the flu. However, he was only contacted for insurance information.
Tyrese is also expecting another little girl with his current wife, Samantha Gibson.
