Tyrese Reportedly Upset That His Ex Left Their Daughter With A Friend While She Was Out Of The Country

It looks like Tyrese and his ex-wife Norma Gibson have hit another bump in the road when it comes to their custody agreement. This time around Tyrese is upset that Norma left their daughter with a friend while she headed out of town.

In a new court filing obtained by TMZ, Tyrese claims that Norma left the country for a few days earlier this month, while their daughter was supposed to be in her custody. Tyrese claims that Norma sent their daughter to a classmate for a one-night sleepover while she headed off to Trinidad. Shayla was left with the friend on Norma’s last day of their time together because Tyrese says that their daughter was back in his care the following day.

Tyrese says that he didn’t learn about the sleepover until after the fact, and claims Norma violated a court order from 2014 that gives him the right of first refusal in this type of situation.

He’s also upset about alleged old social media posts that he discovered from 2017, that feature their daughter, which he says is another violation of their previous court order.

Norma must now appear in court to explain her actions. If she doesn’t appear, then she risks being held in contempt of the court and having to pay Tyrese’s legal fees.
