As Tyrese’s mother battles COVID and pneumonia, the singer has asked for the prayers of fans and loved ones and took to social media on Wednesday with some emotional words about her current condition.
As we previously reported, Tyrese asked his supporters for prayers after he learned that his mother was in a coma with pneumonia and COVID-19.
“My mother is in a coma, in ICU, with pneumonia and she caught COVID. They got her so sedated she can’t breathe or even eat on her own…This has been going on all week I haven’t posted. [I’m doing it this time cause I feel helpless this is my cry for help…I need prayers the most sincere prayers from you prayer warriors.”
In all that his family is going through, Tyrese posted a message on Instagram about his mother and her current condition.
“The doctor sat in this hair and just broke my heart by telling me there’s pretty much nothing else that can be done to turn thing around,” he wrote. “I paused, and in my most sincere voice I asked him…You ever heard of a man [named] Jesus Christ? Nothing is impossible for him…He paused and couldn’t respond!!”
