<p>Late last year Tyrese and his wife Samantha Lee announced that after four years of marriage they have decided to get a divorce. Tyrese has made it clear that their decision to part ways has not been easy for him, however, Samantha&#8217;s latest YouTube video has some people thinking that she feels the complete opposite.</p>
<p>Recently Samantha has started a new series on her YouTube channel that she calls &#8220;I Was Her.&#8221;</p>
<p>She took to her <em><a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CL2cNe1HP6k/">Instagram</a></em> to share the response to a question she received during her latest episode, and it&#8217;s definitely a topic she has experienced in real life.</p>
<p>The question she answered in the video was, &#8220;Would you recommend dating someone famous?&#8221; In the video, Samantha answered and said, &#8220;No.&#8221;</p>
<p>She further explained and said, &#8220;I think a lot of women want a certain type of notoriety with a certain guy. That&#8217;s not where your worth comes from, that&#8217;s not where your validation comes from. Your validation comes from God, and God alone. It doesn&#8217;t matter who you&#8217;re with. I think a lot of women make a lot of athletes and entertainers and wanting to be these certain kinds of guys and we got into the high-value men thing.&#8221;</p>
<p>She continued to say, &#8220;I&#8217;m not saying these guys are bad, but you also have to understand these guys are self-made men. There&#8217;s a lot of women that want these men, so at the end of the day, these men are accustomed to getting their way.&#8221;</p>

<p>As <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/tyrese-and-wife-announce-divorce/">previously</a></em> reported, Samantha and Tyrese announced their divorce last December and said, &#8220;After much thought, consideration, and prayer, We, unfortunately, have made the difficult decision to officially separate &; divorce. Our intention is to remain the best of friends &; strong co-parents. We feel incredibly blessed to have found each other and deeply grateful for the 4 years we have been married to each other. Our journey together has been a ride of both ups &; downs, but it’s a journey that neither of us would have chosen to take with anyone else.&#8221;</p>
<p>Back in January, Tyrese left a comment under Tammy and Kirk Franklin&#8217;s anniversary post and said, &#8220;Dear Samantha, this was supposed to be us…. remember the franklins was our marriage GOALS!!!!!!!!!!!! Smiling smiling…….I’m gonna get her back watch me! [ I think ].&#8221;</p>
