<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">TSR Exclusive Details: It looks like things are about to get interesting for DaBaby and that slap that was heard around Tampa, Florida. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lawyers representing Tyronesha Laws, the woman who alleges she was on the other end of that slap, have officially filed a lawsuit against DaBaby related to that March 8th incident. Laws is suing for battery and emotional distress among other damages.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Morgan &; Morgan attorneys Matt Morgan and Chelsea Cromer tell us that they have requested a jury trial and look forward to presenting all of the “surrounding circumstances to a jury of our client’s peers.” “Our goal is to deter similar conduct in the future and send a message that this type of behavior is not tolerated in America,” they said.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It should be noted, however, that DaBaby’s lawyer claims Tyronesha is a liar and that they’re still struggling to find </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">who the actual victim is after multiple people came forward claiming to have been slapped by DaBaby.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Morgan &; Morgan did not immediately respond to those claims that Laws was not the person slapped by DaBaby.</span></p>
