<p>#Roommates, with the 2020 election less than two months away, it appears that the <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/trump-in-hot-water-for-telling-supporters-to-vote-twice-in-upcoming-election/">Trump</a> campaign is using every tactic possible to discredit his political opponent Joe Biden. Trump was recently called out for using filters on Joe Biden to make him appear older in a series of Facebook ads promoting his 2020 reelection.</p>
<p>@Newsweek reports, Trump’s <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/trump-2020-election-biden-manipulated-media-facebook-1529665?utm_term=Autofeed&;utm_medium=Social&;utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1599223384">increasing rivalry</a> with Joe Biden has taken an unexpected and petty turn. It has recently been discovered that Trump&#8217;s election campaign is circulating an altered image of Joe Biden that ages him significantly. An active ad on Facebook that dropped earlier this week, used a photo of Biden with extremely dark circles underneath his eyes, increased age spots and more wrinkles and creases in his face.</p>
<p>The ad not only attacks Joe Biden’s appearance, it’s also focused on data-collection, urging Facebook users to fill out a poll claiming the “fake news media will never report accurately on his [Trump&#8217;s] standings in the polls against Sleepy Joe,” using a frequent nickname he has adopted for Biden. When confronted about using filters on the ad, the Trump campaign admitted that it had applied a filter to the picture of Biden but declined to say why.</p>
<p>Ironically, although Trump continues to be focused on Joe Biden’s age, the two political opponents are only three years apart, Trump is 74 and Biden is 77.</p>
<p>Trump doubled down even more on Biden’s appearance during a recent campaign event in Pennsylvania and attacked him for wearing a mask. “Have you ever seen a man who likes a mask as much as him?” he said. “It gives him a feeling of security. If I were a psychiatrist, I&#8217;d say this guy has got some big issues.”</p>
