<p><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/serena-williams-husband-alexis-ohanian-reacts-to-drake-seemingly-calling-him-a-groupie/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Drake</strong> </a>and<strong> 21 Savage</strong> are facing a $4 million lawsuit after rubbing Vogue the wrong way with their album promo.</p>
<p>Conde Naste, Vogue&#8217;s parent company, filed a lawsuit against the &#8220;Her Loss&#8221; rappers according to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2022/11/08/drake-21-savage-sued-vogue-fake-magazine-cover-promotion-anna-wintour-her-loss/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>. Legal docs, obtained by the outlet, reportedly say Drake and 21 used the legacy magazine&#8217;s name to promote their joint album &#8220;Her Loss&#8221; by posing on what looks like a legit VOGUE cover, leading fans to believe the company would drop the special edition soon.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Fake Vogue Cover Cause Drake, 21 Savage To Be Sued</h3>
<p>Some media outlets even reported on the issue, which is bothersome to Condé Nast because it&#8217;s totally fake. They say the company and Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief, &#8220;have not endorsed [&#8220;Her Loss&#8221;] in any way.&#8221;</p>
<p>The company also claims to have asked the platinum-selling rappers multiple times for all promos using the Vogue name to be taken down, but nothing&#8217;s been done. Both Drake and 21 shared images on the phony covers, with no hint that it was a spoof. They even tagged the magazine, giving Anna a shout out in the caption.</p>

<p>Condé Nast also claims Drake and 21&#8217;s teams email blasted fans about &#8220;celebrating Drake&#8217;s Vogue cover.&#8221; They said street teams across the country would even be handing out the fake copies and did. A twitter user reported they were handed the magazine while walking in <a href="https://twitter.com/NFTBruv/status/1587222580552994824?s=20&;t=sKB-ten9angjxT1T3k4j4Q" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York City</a>.</p>

<p>Vogue&#8217;s parent company reportedly wants a judge to shut down the use of the Vogue mark immediately and they&#8217;re seeking least $4 million in damages.</p>
