Could it be a curse from the role she played on Orange Is The New Black?
Dascha Polanco, star of OITNB is accused of putting hands on a 17-year-old girl. Polanco is 33-years-old and appeared in court yesterday over the alleged assault. Here’s the story: allegedly on July 29th something went left between Polanco and the teen girl Michelle Cardona while at Polanco’s residence. The young girl’s mother was there also.
Michelle Cardona claims that Polanco punched her in the face at least three times, pulled her hair, and scratched the hell out of her arms with her nails. But here’s the thing, the entire altercation was caught on video.
Now if you are wondering why things were kept under wraps for so long it could have to do with the fact that Polanco’s lawyer is claiming this was all a set-up. Polanco’s attorney claims that the young girl and her mother tried to extort money out of her and used the video as blackmail.
We guess Polanco was like, “don’t threaten me with a good time” and the ladies decided to file a police report.
Polanco was released without bail and the judge allegedly ordered her to stay clear of the young girl. Sounds like it could be a family dispute!
